Compatibility between 9i and 10g

Hello, i have the following situation:

I have a system running on oracle database 9i (32 bits) on Windows Server. The database has tables, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and all that kind of stuff.
Now, I have a new server runnign Windows Server x64, and we bought Oracle 10g x64.
I want to know if an export/import is enough to make a migration from 9i to 10g, and if I have to know any incompatibility problems between this versions of the database
