Comparison Required - Oracle Golden Gate and Sybase Replication Server

Hi,

I need information on the advantage / disadvantage of Golden Gate over Sybase Replication Server.

Currently I am working with Sybase and would like to know if Golden Gate will be a better product. For us the source is Oracle 10g and the target is ASE for one set of replication and Oracle 10g for another set of replication. It will be great if somebody can share their view on this.
