Comparing two large collection objects

Hi All,

I need to compare 2 lists of email addresses and eliminate common email addresses found in both lists.

The issues is , each list will contain more than 300,000 email addresses. Is it possible to store such large values into Collection objects (Such as "Set")?
Whats the best way to do this ?
