Comparing text files using PL/SQL

Hi,

I have text files in one directory with the text files in another directory. I would like to compare them line-by-line using PL/SQL and write the difference between them in a third text file.

What is the best approach to achieve this?

Is PL/SQL one of the good ways to achieve the above.
