compare directories - any tools that can do this?

Hi

After making a change to an application our QA manager likes to compare the source code to the live vesion and check the differences. This is manageable with an Oracle form by converting to text and comparing both text files.

It is more complicted with an ADF BC application due to the number of files involved. Can anyone suggest a reasonable way to compare 2 ADF BC applications?

Is there an Oracle tool that can compare 2 directories and list the files that are different? If not, can anyone suggest a (preferably free) tool that does that?
