Please describe your idea in as much detail as possible:
- We are looking for a way to place a hold on a subcontractor for reasons other than changes to their organizational settings.
- Currently, this is lumped into Org holds, and there is no differentiation between why the hold is being placed
- This would live with the Admins role
- This would show in the hold column on the contract status and could be a flag on the subs home page.
How and why does this idea contribute to the success of your organization?
- There are instances where a sub is on a company-wide hold for issues that need to be corrected, and we need to hold payment on all projects until the situation is corrected. Having the reason listed on the hold would cut down on questions from the sub on payment status.
- It can apply to many subs at the same time.
- Having the information listed on the draw page and the contract status page would provide much-needed information to the subs on why they are on hold and work towards correcting the issues to have the company-wide hold removed.
