Communication link failure. System call select() failed with OS error 10060

TimesTen 6.0.8 installed on WinXP. Service is running, TimesTen Server is started. Successfully created system DSN based on TimesTen Data Manger 6.0 Driver - operations with ttIsql on this connection are executes. When system DSN on TimesTen Client 6.0 driver is created, raises such error:

TimesTen: [TimesTen][TimesTen 6.0.8 CLIENT] Communication link failure. System call select() failed with OS error 10060. This operation has Timed Out. Try increasing your ODBC timeout attribute or check to make sure the target TimesTen Server is running

TimesTen Server Connection test runs succeeded, Data Source Connection failes on "Data source is defined on server"

As i know, OS error 10060 - Win sockets timeout error. Increasing timeout isn't solving problem.

pls, help.
