Communication Error

Hello,

When trying to logon to Workspace I am recieving the following error: "There was some communication error. Please try again later."

I am unable to logon to EAS console, smart view or shared services, the error is occuring as soon as I press the Logon button.

I have restarted the Essbase server and the Planning server and deleted IE cache but I am still recieving the same message. I am not aware of any system changes, upgrades, alterations and the system has been working fine with the current app for a long time.

Does anyone have any ideas of what to try next?
