"Comment" button

Hi,

I don't know if this ER has been suggested before, but I think it would be nice to have a "Comment" button in SQL Developer. Sometimes I want to skip the excution of a part of code, and I would find it handy to have a comment button that allows me to automatically comment the block I selected. Of course there should be an "uncomment" button as well to revert this action.

What do you think?
