Command line utility for OPA Cloud Service

I am able to build the Policy models from command line as I have the OPMBuild.exe file in the bin folder of OPM installation. But I do not see admin.cmd file in bin folder to do the download and upload of projects to hub.

Are these options are only for private cloud.? How to achieve the deployment from command line for OPA Cloud Service?
