Combo Box

I need a combo boxx which pulls two columns from a database, the table from which they come is always changing so i need some kind of refresh or update to the combo box. I have no idea on how to do this and yeah i really do need the code, i use an access database, please help me anyone. For details in genuine help include:

Supplier (table)
SupplierID and SupplierName (fields)

I ideally i want the combo box to have the fields in it , and the supplier name to be called into another text field.

PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE, yes it is 5 mins work for most of you, so please!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is very very urgent!!
