Combining 2 data blocks with Forms 6i

Hi everybody,
I have 2 data blocks where one of them is not a Database data block and the other one is. In the first one I have 2 items where I ask the user to type his username and password, so after the user types all the credentials the second data block has to bring all the information related with that user.
I would like to know how can I bring all that information in my second data block?
