Combination using pl/sql

Hi All

My Requirement is

our customer manufacture on roll which has width 1200 mm

but they gets sales order of small roll having 100mm, 150mm,75mm and so on of width .

now a days they search such a width which will satisfy there requirement but its time consuming...

i want to make it programatically...

i want to create such a program which will full fill our requirement of using total 1200mm roll with out wasting in that..20mm waste is allows as side trim.

please help its urgent....
