Comapre 2 .fmb files without opening those two

Hi All,

I have 2 ".fmb" files.
In oracle base version I have "item.fmb " file.
IN scott schema "item.fmb" file.

i want to compare these two ".fmb" files without opening. (because Forms was not installed in my system).

Please let me know is it possible to compare these two files.
