com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: OLEDB "OraOLEDB.Oracle"

Getting com.mcirosoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot get the data of the row from the OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server. Issue I am having is from Sql server Client or sqlcmd I am able to pull up data for openquery between Sql server 2008 SP1 64bit and 11.1.0.7 64bit Oracle data. But, via JDBC 4.0 it throws the error. The Oracle client version is 10.2.0.5.

Can you please tell me how to solve this issue? I have already set the AllowInProcess flag for the provider.
