Column Type Mismatch error in Alter Table Exchange Partition

Hello Guru's,

I have one table A, and the backup table A_BKP , I need to archive the last month data ,every month. it got 34GB data and it is using by business users and I cant drop the table and re-createthat . and I cant u go for CTAS, I have partitioned the existing table with the help of Dbms redefinition and when I do the exchange partition without validation with empty table, I can exchange the partition

for the first partition only, and when exchange the second partition it is throughing Ora-14097,

I checked for the another table, I have exchange partiton for first one it succesfully exchange the first partition and when I do for the second aprtition, it is throwing Ora 14097.

Please help
