Column names in Flat File as Target

I am loading data into flat file (csv) from oracle tables using OWB 10gR2. The flat files are getting generated but i have two issues

1) How to add column names as first record in target file ?
2) I have few CHAR fields and i have used RPAD (added spaces) to have them in fixed length but when data is inserted into flatfile i lose the spaces. But strangely LPAD is working fine.
