Column headers won't repeat on printing Financial Report with multiple page

Has anyone run into a bug trying to run a Financial reporting report out of workspace where the resulting report will not repeat the column headers at the top of each page when printing out in a PDF document?

I have it set to repeat row headings and column headings on each page in the page setup.

I have a G&A report that has all the cost centers set up in the Page dimension and want the column and page headers to repeat.
