Column Comments when Describing (desc) a table

Hi. Is there anyway to associate a Comment to a table column that would appear when Describing (Desc) a table? I have added a column to a table and I'm almost certain over time it will become cloudy what this column contains exactly. I'm hoping there's a way to add a Comment or Description to a column of my table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
