Column Alignment / Pagination in Interactive Reports

Hi,

All the below questions are answered for Reports but, I have an INTERACTIVE REPORT & could not figure out how to resolve these issues since Column Formatting section in not there for Interactive reports.

1. The Column Alignment is not working. Is there a work around for this?
2. I have very lengthy Column Names. How can I wrap the Column Names?
3. Is there a way for Pagination to skip to Last/First pages of the Interactive report?

Any help is appreciated.
