collate SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS

Hi all,

In sql server One table with one of the columns is defined as varchar(2) collate SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS ,

how Can i convert that column Into Oracle ??

Iam using 10g release 2
