code to retrieve date from sql database and populate a comboBox...

hi!

Im developing an ejb application,, can someone please help me to retrieve date values from a (SQL) database and enable those retrieved values to populate the comboBox component of my form. In addition, if a user selects a certain date through populated comboBox, the other details happened on that date would be displayed below the comboBox... pls. give an example of code that would somehow solve my problem. please help me as soon as possible!!!!
