code page issue with UTF-8 encoding of Unicode Vs MS Windows Latin 1 (ANSI)

HI,

I got below error after creating repository service in Informatica 9.0.1.

"Cannot connect to repository Oracle_BI_DW_Base because AdminConsole's code page (UTF-8 encoding of Unicode) is not one-way compatible to repository Oracle_BI_DW_Base's code page (MS Windows Latin 1 (ANSI), superset of Latin1). Failed to connect to repository service Oracle_BI_DW_Base"

How can I fix the above issue?
