CNET PRO200 WL Driver

I am migrating from Windows 2000 OS, and I have already installed the SUNOS 5.8 for x86 (04/01). The only problem I have is how to get my existing card which is a CNET PRO200WL (which uses a DAVICOM dm9102A chipset) to work with the new OS. The card comes with a LINUX and SCO UNIX drivers, but, I dont think I can use these files since I am not quite familiar in developing device drivers.
I hope you could help me out with this one.

ps: The XFree86 video driver and porting kit works great! I am using a NVidia GForce2 video card. :)
