CMSDK workflow installation

I am installing workflow from the 10g CMSDK CDs into a 10g J2ee and Webcache AS in Linux RedHat 3.
But i am getting the problems with the Oracle XML loader although I am specifying the jdbcconnnode parameter in the host:port:sid format in wfinstall.csh.
ie /jdbcconnnode aserv.sg.oracle.com:1521:oradb
the log shows that i am not able to log in using OWF_MGR@aserv.sg.oracle.com:1521:oradb--UTF8.

Can anyone help?
