cmake build possible with Developer Studio 12.6 ?

Hi!

is it basically possible to compile a current version of cmake (like 12.x or 14.x) completely with Oracle Developer Studio 12.6 on Solaris 10 (or 11)?
Meaning, are there all tools and libs already included under /opt/developerstudio12.6 , or are additional packages necessary, like openCSW, or /usr/sfw/bin, or /usr/ccs/bin .. etc. ?
