Cluster Managed DB Services on Windows 'uname' not recognized error on OEM

Moses JosephMay 25 2010 — edited May 29 2012
I Have installed an Oracle 11gR2 RAC testbed on Windows Server 2008R2. I've got everything up and running and now I want to manage/create high availabilty services with the Enterprise Manager. I Go to the Availability Tab on Enterprise Manager and under Services I click on "Cluster Managed Database Services" to Manage the Database Workload. I enter proper credentials and after authentication I get the following error.

'uname' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Not sure how to correct this error. 'uname' is a Unix command not Windows. Does anyone know how to get the OEM for Windows to manage Cluster Database Services?
