CLSRSC-507: The root script cannot proceed on this node

Hi All

Running the root script, it completes on 1st nde but fails on 2nd node

2016/01/14 11:57:31 CLSRSC-507: The root script cannot proceed on this node orarac2 because either the first-node operations have not completed on node orarac1 or there was an error in obtaining the status of the first-node operation

I applied patch 18456643 to GRID home and still issues

any ideas?
