Clowd Control Admin Server Port Used

I setup an Clowd Control Test System running under 12.1.0.2 and Orcle Linux 6.6.

If shutdown the instance (which takes long time) I run into this message:

Admin Server Port is occupied by anoter Process. Please stop proccess to free port.

However, I have no idea which process could cause this. The Port the is system is complaining about is 7111

It also notes that Oracle Management Server isn't functional.

I've heard that nodemanager and manage server might use the same Port

However, how can I figure out if this is the case - and if so: how to fix this?

Sorry, I realy tried to get it from the manuals ;-)
