Cloud Control 13c question - Adding an agent and target manually

OhayaJun 23 2017 — edited Jun 27 2017

Hi,

I am trying to use Cloud Control and to install an agent on a host.  I have done this successfully in one environment, using the username and password for the "root" user on the target.

Now, I am trying to do the same thing in a different environment, where we don't have the root user, so I need to use ssh private/public key, but in the dialog that is part of the install agent procedure, after I enter the user, private key and public key it is giving me an error indicating "enter host username".

I cannot figure out what it means by "host username" and also where in that dialog it is asking me to put that "host username"?

I'm guessing that it is asking me to enter a username for a user that exists on the target host, but if that is the case, where am I supposed to enter that in that dialog?

Thanks,

Jim
