Cloud Account Upgrade to PAYG shows as "In progress" for over a week with no updates

We are trying to upgrade a free tier account to PAYG, but the status shows as “in progres” for over a week, with no emails or status notifications of what the issue might be. Not being able to raise a support ticket, is there any way to find out?

This is quite critical as the account is needed for a migration from DynDNS and the deadline is quite near.
