Closing the CMD-window(??) closes SQL dev. without saving

When I start SQL Dev 64 on my Win 10 PC, I get two windows opened:

- the "main window" with editor and browser and ..

- the "CMD window / LOG window" (what's the correct name for it?)

When I close the Main Window with the X, it asks me "Do you want to save ..."

But ..

.. when I close the CMD window with the X, it closes all without without alert and without saving?

The Problem is on which side of the keyboard?
