Close Allowed

I'm working with Forms 9ids. The property 'Closed Allowed' is set to yes, but when I try to close the 'document window' with the close box in the upper right corner, it does not work. Is there something that could prevent the document window from closing? I also have the maximize and minimize allowed properties set to yes and those work fine.
