Cloning of databsase and ORACLE SOFTWATE on Sun Solaris

Hi Friends

I did cloning of oracle from one server to another many times ..I just want to know that can i copy the oracle SOFTWARE from one server to another without installing oracle ORACLE SOFTWARE on another server

EG my oracle database is on 192.222.111.220 and i have database also on same

second server is 192.222.111.221

I can clone on that i agree but is it possible that I can clone Oracle software from 1st server to 2nd
