Cloning database with RCU for Forms and Reports

We have installed Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1 successfully. We are trying to clone/refresh DEV and TEST databases from Production and we are facing issues with RCU. We were using Delphix to refresh DB earlier when we were running version 11gR2. Is there a way to clone/refresh DEV/TEST from Prod which has RCU installed?
