Clone db from Oracle 10g to 11g

We have Oracle 10g home and database installed on Linux 5.
We also have Oracle 11g home installed on different Linux 5. (no database yet).

Can we clone Oracle 10g database to Oracle 11g home?

Appeciate any help.
