Clone database using RMAN cold backup

Hi Guys,

I have taken a RMAN cold backup of DEV database with controlfiles. (after shutdown and DB in mount mode )
DB version is 11.2.0.2 on RHEL 5.6

Now I want to create (clone) a new database DEV2 using this cold backup on the same server.
I dont want to use the arch logs and restore it to current time !
Just want to restore it using the cold backup only.

I have already installed the Oracle software 11.2.0.2 to new location.

Will you pls guide me thro the steps.

Any rman script will be much appreciated !
