Clone database

Oracle 9.2.0.5 on HP-UX 11.23.

I want to clone my production database into my development server.

Both are in the same oracle version and o.s. and version.

Productin DB could not be taken offline. I have to perform all the process with the production DB online.

I do not have any database on my development server, only Oracle server installed.

Any idea?
