CLOB datatype display in a Textarea.

I am trying to assign a CLOB datatype into a test area using "SQL Query (return single value)"

It work perfectly when the CLOB data is less then about 1000 chars. However, when i have a larger clob data, it will not display anything. it also doesn't give me any error messages

Is there a way to fix that?
