CLOB & BLOB is fixed size or variable size?

Hi to every one,

In Oracle Datatypes, Char as fixed size and VARCHAR2 is Variable size. Same like The LOB's like CLOB and BLOB's are fixed size or variable size. Please post the answer if u know.
