Client v 11 Setup.exe abruptly ends after text-mode window displays

Hello,

I'm trying to install Oracle Client v 11 (latest release) 32 and 64 bits side-by-side in Win 7 64bits 8GB RAM

This is not the Instant Client but the "regular" one

I'm running the Start.Exe. In the 32 bits setup I select installation type "Runtime" and it installed fine. Then I rebooted and tried to install the 64 bit version of the same Client v 11, but the 64 bit installer starts, I see the command/text-mode window and then it closes and nothing happens

I'm trying to install to the following folders:

C:\app\<myUserName>\product\11.2.0\32bits\client_1

and

C:\app\<myUserName>\product\11.2.0\64bits\client_1

Any help will be appreciated
