Java APIs

hello to everyone out there...
i need help regarding writing a client-server program using RMI to invoke the calculator services.
i'm not very familiar with java and also with RMI, infact i'm new to it too,
so i hope i can get the solutions
i had went through certain sites regarding that, but i can't get it very clearly ,
so i need help that cud make things more clear and easy for me to get the points.
