Client-server 32bit/64bit compatibility:

Dear Oracle users,

We are planning to upgrade database server to Window server 2003 Enterprise edition 64-bit with oracle 10gR2 64-bit. Below are my questions:

1. Can we still use oracle client 32-bit to connect to Oracle database server 64-bit?
2. Can we install oracle client 64-bit on 32-bit OS that is Windows Server 2003(X86) standard edition?

Any of suggestions are welcomed. Thank you for your hlep.
