Client receiving TPException TPENOENT, Server tpcall failed?

Hi Experts,
We've encountered the above problem where in the client side is receiving the below error
TPException! TPENOENT - no entry found

and the our Tuxedo server only logs this error below
WSNAT_CAT:1042: ERROR: tpcall() call failed, tperrno = 6

Would you be able to advise what may have caused this. I've searched that this is a problem when the client tries to contact WSH and failed, but this would not be visible from us. Do you know any other cause of this? We recently added new WSH ports for client to connect to.
