Client Connection to Administration Tool

Hello,

Is it possible to connect to the server Administration tool from the client? We would like admins to be able to update BI Server security for example without logging into the BI Server. Is it possible to create client access from a client PC by changing the client's AnalyticsWeb System DSN to point to the BI Server?
