Clearing Workflow

Does someone know a simple way of clearing the workflow part of Planning in version 11.1.2.x

Specifically we are focused on this for Training environment but it is an interesting comment.

Basically I have built all the components and it is working well. i jsut want to reset it back to zero to do it again. So if I have promoted, approved, rejected, added workflow commentary, etc. I know want all that to disappear and to come in with a blank slate.
