Clearing header and footer

Hi!

For some reason our reports get numbers in the header and footer areas when exporting to PDF, for instance 72 is printed top left-center-right and bottom left-center-right.
I opened the report in Desktop and found 72 in all header/footer areas under Page Setup. Cleared the fields, saved and restarted but they are still there.

I can get rid of them by unchecking footer/header in Printable Page options page.

I tested and changed the heading of the report. This change was visible at once but the 72's remain. In header/footer under Page Setup there is now nothing.

Any suggestions?
