Clear the region items /page items from the page

Hi All,

Is there an easy way of clearing all items in a page or tab or region?

I have a page which has multiple tabs and multiple regions. Each region has multiple items and some regions has an IG.

Requirement is to create a button which will reset the page item values to the default values.

I am on Apex 22.1.0
