Cleanup "AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer" directory

I have a few thousand files and directories under the following directories. Many appear to be tagged with a version number.

"%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer\"

"%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\sqlcl\"

"%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\sqldeveloper\"

Which files can I delete and what is the best way to delete them?
