Classpath in Oracle Forms Web and OC4J

Hello,

How Forms 10g sees Java Classpath and jar libraries?
Forms has <home>\forms\java for jar libraries, but can it also
see jar libraries in OC4J's <home>\j2ee\home\applib directory or somewhere else?

I don't know what kind of visibility Forms Engine and OC4J have when considering classpath. Sometimes it would be quite practical if jar library in \forms\java could
"see" an tool library in j2ee side.

Can this be configured?
